Chicopee Man Gets Up To 13 Years In Prison For Raping Multiple Children: DA A Hampden County man found guilty of multiple heinous crimes against two children will spend more than a decade behind bars, a judge ruled this week.  Kenneth Arroyo, 41, of Chicopee, was sentenced to 12 to 13 years in prison after being convicted of two counts each of aggravated rape of a child, indecent assault and battery over 14, and indecent assault and battery under 14, the Hampden District Attorney said.  A jury convicted Arroyo on April 9, and he was sentenced on Tuesday, April 23.  Arroyo was accused of sexually abusing two children he knew who were between the ages…

Man Hit With Stray Bullet On I-93 In Braintree As Road Rage Incident Intensifies A stray bullet hit a man in the leg as he drove through Braintree Wednesday afternoon, April 24, when a road rage incident turned violent, police said. Although, he was not involved in the altercation.  The shooting happened just before 3 p.m. on I-93. Body Of Man Found Behind Framingham Restaurant ID'd As Employee Police have identified the body of a man found dead behind a Framingham restaurant over the weekend  Anthony Junior Lopez was found behind Hot Table, where he worked.  The Office of Chief Medical Examiner is conducting an autopsy to determine what caused his death.  Investigators ask anyone who saw something unusual near the 1 Worcester Road restaurant on Saturday night to contact investigators at 508-532-5923. Framingham police, State Police, and the Middlesex District Attorney's Office are investigating the incident.
