TENAFLY, N.J. – A Cresskill motorist was drunk when his car rear-ended another stopped at a red light in Tenafly, authorities said.
Neither Francis States, 60, nor the two occupants of a Ford struckfrom behind by his Hyundai on southbound Knickerbocker Road judge north of Riveredge Road said were injured in the 4:30 p.m. crash Sunday, Capt. Michael deMoncada said Thursday.
States was processed at police headquarters, issued summonses for DWI and careless driving and released to a responsible adult a short time later, deMoncada said.
