Sentiliano Canko, 32, of Astoria was carrying Suboxone when he was arrested, for which he was also charged along with causing false public alarm, Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal said Wednesday.

Canko made the Aug. 15 threat "using technology to anonymize his calling line," the prosecutor said.

Grewal's Cyber Crimes Unit and Englewood police traced the call, anyway, he said.

Canko was released pending an Oct. 11 first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack.

The Metropolitan Medical Associates clinic is located at 40 Engle Street.
