Tenafly, Humc Partner To Manage Concerns About Falls

TENAFLY, N.J. -- Four local entities are bring the free informational lecture "A Matter of Balance: Managing Concerns about Falls" to Tenafly over the coming weeks, beginning on Friday, May 6.

Seniors can take a variety of steps to be proactive about balance and preventing falls -- including exercise routines -- and the Tenafly Senior Center is hosting a lecture about falls over the next several weeks.

The Tenafly Board of Health, Mid-Bergen Regional Health Commission and the Tenafly Senior Center have partnered with the Health Awareness Regional Program of HUMC to present this program.

The lecture will be presented Fridays -- beginning May 6, and running through June 24 -- at the Tenafly Senior Center, 20 South Summit St. The sessions will run from 1-3 p.m.
