Homes on Clinton Place are taking shape. The residents of the Hackensack street have been known to go over-the-top with Halloween decorations. Residents say it started well over a decade ago, with an elderly couple and a massive spider. While fewer residents take part over the years, Clinton still has its fair share of homes boasting skeletons, graveyards, and zombies. Daily Voice took a stroll down the block this weekend. Halloween Night looks a lot like Matt Kaprielian's childhood dream. The Park Ridge resident has smoke blowing across the lawn and animatronic skeletons rattling a cemetery gate. He has a casket from an actual funeral home and a mannequin painted to look like a corpse inside. Kaprielian's got tombstones and rats, jack-o-lanterns and ghouls. Halloween Is Special Time Of Year For North Jersey Siblings
Richard and Theresa Fuss always been close. For starters, the Elmwood Park siblings were born 11 months apart and have done almost everything together. Halloween is no exception. In fact, the siblings say decorating their Bank Street home has brought them even closer. Theresa purchased the house six years ago. She, her brother and her parents all moved in from Paramus, bringing the Halloween tradition with them. "My brother’s been doing it for years," she said. "But we just kept adding on and adding on."
