BNP Associates Moves HQ From Brookfield To Fairfield FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- A global consulting firm with longstanding ties to the state has moved its headquarters from Brookfield to Fairfield. BNP Associates, which provides specialized consulting services to the air transportation industry, has agreed on a long-term office lease at 1979-1983 Post Road. Angel Commercial represented the firm in the transaction. BNP will be occupying about 5,753 square feet of office space at its new venue. Andrew Cuomo's plan to build a series of new highway rest stops has come under legal scrutiny from the Federal Highway Administration, according to multiple reports. Norwalk Police Holding DUI Checkpoint Saturday NORWALK, Conn. -- In an effort to enhance public safety during the holiday season, the Norwalk Department of Police Service will be conducting a DUI checkpoint on Saturday from 7 p.m.to 3 a.m. along the West Avenue corridor. In 2015, 10,265 people died in the U.S. in alcohol-impaired crashes, up 3.2 percent from 9,943 in 2014, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
