CLOSTER, N.J. -- Attilio Adamo of the Better Homes & Gardens Rand Realty in Closter has earned a spot in REAL Trends’ rankings of New Jersey agents by sales volume.
“I’m greatly honored to be recognized by such an esteemed source,” said Adamo, a Broker Salesperson for Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty. “I will use this distinction to persist in my work and grow my passion for real estate.”
Broken down by state and metropolitan area, REAL Trends’ America’s Best ranks over 9,900 of the nation’s top real estate professionals and teams.
This year’s America’s Best averaged an impressive 74 sides for individuals, 139 sides for teams, and more than $39 million in sales volume for individuals, and $58 million in sales volume for teams in 2014.
Given that the national averages are fewer than 10 closed transactions and less than $1.2 million in closed volume per agent or team, these results speak to the extraordinary success of America’s Best.
In REAL Trends, Adamo has earned the No. 16 spot for individual New Jersey agents by sales volume, bringing in over $44M.
“I have seen the work ethic that Attilio puts into being an agent, and I’m positive he will keep bringing success to our New Jersey market,” said Frank DiCocco, Manager of Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty’s Closter office.
“Attilio’s commitment to his clients is something to be greatly admired, and I’m sure he will continue to impress us,” said Matthew Rand, Managing Partner of Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty. “Attilio is one of the hardest-working and most dedicated agents in the business, and we know he will continue to excel in his profession.”
