CLOSTER, N.J. -- The Closter Historic Preservation Commission held off on nominating Blanch Avenue for a historic designation, according to NorthJersey.com.
They delay was the result of additional information provided by a pair of residents. The additional information was not provided, but officials said it would be taken into account when the vote is made, NorthJersey.com reported.
