CLOSTER, N.J. -- The Closter Nature Center is bringing back its Soup Supper on Sunday, April 17, one of its most popular annual events, that "has brought members and friends together for more than 30 years," the organizers noted.
For your $10 -- $5 for kids under 10 -- you get a bowl and spoon, to sample as many homemade soups as you want, plus breads donated by Balthazar Bakery. You pay at the door.
Ceramic reusable soup mugs, with the new CNC logo, are also available for $5. And if you bought one last year, you're welcome to bring it along.
The event will be from 5-7 p.m. at the cabin by the pond, 154 Ruckman Rd. Arrive by 6:30 for the best selection. All proceeds will go to support the CNC's education programs.
