Closter Organizes Annual Hoedown

CLOSTER, N.J. -- The Closter Improvement Commission is holding its second annual country western hoedown on Friday, June 10, from 6 to 9 p.m. at Veterans Memorial Park.

Activities at the event will include family square and line dancing, a petting zoo, pony rides, pie eating contests, BBQ, yodeling, face painting and a mechanical bull ride

Those who attend are encouraged to bring blankets and lawn chairs.

The rain date for the event is June 12, between noon and 3 p.m.
