CLOSTER, N.J. -- The Closter Nature Center will host a lecture on invasive species by naturalist Marc Gussen on Thursday, April 21, at 8 p.m.

The presentation will address the problem of invasive species both domestically and around the world.

Topics to be covered include the reasons non-native organisms thrive when moved to a new location, why it is such a problem and what the solutions are.

Refreshments will be served at the event. The program is free, but donations will be accepted.
