New Vehicle Owner Caught On Route 208 With Fake License Tag She Bought From Facebook Seller: PD
A motorist driving an otherwise legit vehicle was caught using a temporary license plate that she literally bought off the street from a dealer she met on Facebook, Glen Rock police said. Officer Sarah Orsita spotted the fraudulent temporary registration attached to the rear of the vehicle and immediately knew it was phony, Police Chief Dean Ackermann said. Old Bridge police are investigating the dumping of 500 pounds of pasta along a brook, township officials said. The Department of Public Works cleaned up about 15 wheelbarrows' worth of spaghetti, macaroni and other pasta after photos circulated on social media.
