BOGOTA, N.J. -- Loud noise between 11 p.m. and 6:30 a.m. is now illegal in Bogota, NorthJersey.com reported.
The mayor and council amended the noise ordinance last month to add time limits, which will impose state guidelines during the overnight period, according to NorthJersey.com.
