Bogota Allows Overnight Parking With Restrictions

BOGOTA, N.J. -- Bogota is once again accepting overnight parking permission, as the snow has cleared enough to let the normal flow of traffic continue.

Please remember under the borough ordinance 7-3.6, Bogota only accepts overnight parking permission for the following reasons: 

  • Persons having contruction at their homes, namely their driveway.
  • Death of a family member.
  • Out of town guests, where the resident needs to park on the street and get permission, and the guest will have to park in the resident's driveway.

Please do not call the police department and tie up the emergency phone lines for overnight permission if the above reasons do not fit the criteria since permission will be denied.
