CLIFFSIDE PARK, N.J. -- Maria F. (Parisi) Fedele, of Cliffside Park, died on Wednesday, May 25. She was 80.
Born in Italy, Fedele came to the United States in 1958. She was a homemaker and worked for a knitting mill company in Fairview.
She is survived by her children, Domenica "Mickie" DeFilippis and her husband Angelo, and John Fedele and his wife Cathy; grandchildren Angelo, John Paul, Emily and John; sister Concetta Scarfone; and many nieces and nephews in the U.S. and Australia.
Fedele was predeceased by her husband, Giovanni, and her brother, Vincenzo Parisi.
Visiting hours will be from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Friday, May 27, at the A.K. Macagna Funeral Home, 495 Anderson Ave., in Cliffside Park. The funeral will be from the funeral home at 9 a.m. on Saturday, thence to Epiphany Church in Cliffside Park, for a 10 a.m. funeral mass. Entombment will follow at Madonna Mausoleum, in Fort Lee.
