FAIRVIEW, N.J. -- Harry Mosca, 90, of Fairview, died Tuesday, Sept. 20.
He was born Jan. 28, 1926, to the late Henry Mosca Sr. and the late Lena (nee LaSalle) Mosca.
He was a proud World War II Navy veteran. He worked for the Chrysler Corporation in North Bergen as a tool and dye maker. He was a councilman and later became the police commissioner for Fairview. He was an avid marksman and hunter.
He was predeceased by his wife, Alma.
He is survived by one daughter; two grandchildren;, and a sister, Marie Niedwiecky.
There will be a funeral at 1 p.m. Thursday at the McCorry Brothers Funeral Home, 780 Anderson Ave., Cliffside Park. Funeral services will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Visiting hours will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Entombment will be in Madonna Mausoleum in Fort Lee.
