She was raised in New York City and attended Lycée Français de New York.
In 2012, Amirsoleymani became the youngest published author of Iranian descent with her debut children's book "Pomegranates and Roses: A Persian Love Story."
In 2014, Amirsoleymani wrote "The Art of Persian Tea," the first definitive book on Persian tea culture and the art of taking tea in the Persian manner.
