- Jack's Lobster Shack, Edgewater: Lobster is practically a religon here where you'll find two kinds of rolls: "Maine style:" Served cold with a touch of mayo on a grill top split bun or "Connecticut style:" Warm with butter and lemon on a grilled top spilt bun.
- Legal Sea Foods, Paramus: Freshly shucked native lobster, celery mayo, and a brioche bun make this meal a perennial fav.
