The monthlong series, "Get Your Plate in Shape," offers residents creative ways to work healthy foods into their diets, even while living a busy, hectic lifestyle, said NorthJersey.com.
Programs aimed at helping residents include "Exotic Fruit Tasting" on Tuesday, "Essential Oils" Thursday, March 24, and "Small Space Gardening" Tuesday, March 29, said NorthJersey.com. Children will get their chance to learn about healthy eating, too, during the weekly story times and the library's Maker Labs each Tuesday, added NorthJersey.com.
