Bogota Public Library Offers Events In Honor of National Nutrition Month

BOGOTA, N.J. -- It will be easy for Bogota residents to get in shape with a little help from the Bogota Public Library during National Nutrition Month when it hosts a series of programs to help resident make healthier choices and improve their overall fitness, according to NorthJersey.com.

The monthlong series, "Get Your Plate in Shape," offers residents creative ways to work healthy foods into their diets, even while living a busy, hectic lifestyle, said NorthJersey.com. 

Programs aimed at helping residents include "Exotic Fruit Tasting" on Tuesday, "Essential Oils" Thursday, March 24, and "Small Space Gardening" Tuesday, March 29, said NorthJersey.com. Children will get their chance to learn about healthy eating, too, during the weekly story times and the library's Maker Labs each Tuesday, added NorthJersey.com.
