The publication recently ranked the very best hamburgers in America, and Philly-based sports bar chain Chickie's and Pete's earned a spot among the chosen few — specifically, their BBQ burger.

Served with a slice of American cheese on the bar's signature brioche bun, this burger is topped with crispy bacon and fried onions and is "absolutely loaded with barbecue sauce," says Tasting Table

A classic medley of ingredients paired with the perfect "crunch ratio" earns the BBQ burger a place of honor in the American sandwich landscape, according to the magazine.

Of course, the sports bar and crab house is best known for its signature crab fries, tossed in a secret in-house spice blend and served with a creamy, cheesy dipping sauce.

Chickie's and Pete's calls Philadelphia home — its original Robbins Avenue location in Wissinoming is still going strong since 1977  but the sports bar has locations throughout the city and in Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Bucks, and Lehigh counties; as well as across New Jersey in Marlton, Bordentown, Egg Harbor, Atlantic City and the Jersey Shore.
