DUMONT, N.J. — Theodore Froonjian of Dumont died Wednesday, Dec. 9. He was 87.
He was born in West New York, NJ and was a Navy veteran, where he learned the electrical trade. He then opened his own business, Tack Electric, in Dumont. He was a member of the Dumont Elks Post #2593 and the VFW Post #761.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Gloria (nee Dragna); children Theodore and his wife Christine; Karen Hanna; Anthony; Francine; Chris and his wife Dawn; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother John; and brother Charles Froonjian and his wife Lorraine.
Visitation is Friday, Dec. 11, 4-8 p.m. at the Frech-McKnight Funeral Home, 161 Washington Ave., Dumont. Cremation is private. An expression of sympathy may be made in Theodore’s memory to your favorite charity.
