Established in 1998, the long-serving Madison Avenue laundromat has been transitioned to partners Rocco Laginestra of Glen Rock and Philip Velez of New Milford.

"Dumont is a great town and we opted for a long-term lease because we've made a commitment to this location and this community," Laginestra said.

The new owners reduced the price of their service after hearing from customers that cost and cleanliness were their primary concerns.

Laginestra and Velez plan on staying in the Dumont area for the next several years. Their new lease will keep the laundromat operating until 2024.
