Atlantic City police arrested 43-year-old David Toney, the department said in a news release on Thursday, Sept. 12.  Officers stopped Toney while he was driving on the first block of South Kentucky Avenue at around 6:01 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 6. Trenton police said they found Joseph Moore walking along the 100 block of Turpin St. with the rifle and a high-capacity magazine containing 50 rounds of ammunition on Monday, June 10 at about 5:20 p.m. He was charged with several weapons offenses.
