John Cook III, of Millville, was struck by a 48-year-old Vineland driver when he "suddenly" turned on Wade Boulevard in Millville around 5 a.m. on Jan. 13, the outlet said citing police.
Cook was taken to Inspira Medical Center Vineland, after complaining of pain and suffering a cut to his eye, police said. He was pronounced dead at the hospital.
The other driver declined medical attention.
