A former youth coach in Calvert County has admitted to grooming and sexually abusing young victims who were in his care during years of psychological and physical torture. Owings resident Moshe Michael Imel, 53, a former assistant football coach at a Calvert County high school, will spend decades behind bars after pleading guilty to taking advantage of his position to terrorize some of his players, federal prosecutors announced. Federal authorities say that a Washington, DC woman will spend more than a year behind bars for assaulting a Deputy US Marshal during a separate court proceeding earlier this year. Annabelle Liebsch, 38, was sentenced to 36 months in prison, with all but 18 months suspended pending the completion of 18 months probation after being found guilty by a jury in September of felony assault of a police officer. Two Maryland men have been convicted following a two-week trial for their roles in distributing enough fentanyl to kill hundreds of thousands of people, federal authorities announced. Jarvis Antonio Coleman-Fuller, 35, of Hagerstown, and Eric Tyrell Johnson, 38, of Owings Mills were both convicted by a federal jury on charges related to a conspiracy to distribute controlled substances, specifically fentanyl and heroin in Washington County.
