New information has been released after an 82-year-old man was trapped and killed in a fast-moving Dundalk rowhome fire. Baltimore County Police have identified Richard L. Sprouse as the victim who was pulled out of a fire that broke out in the 8000 block of Gray Haven Road on Wednesday, May 10.
