July Death of 20-Year-Old Man Shot In Head Last Spring Officially Ruled As Homicide The July death of a 20-year-old man who was shot in the head early this spring has been officially ruled a homicide, authorities say. Joshua George Camara was shot in the head in the 2600 block of Northshire Road around 2:18 p.m., Sunday, March 27, according to Baltimore police. Camara was later pronounced dead on Friday, July 15 at a rehabilitation facility.
