Edward Broseker, Jr., who has no fixed address, has been identified by investigators as the person killed overnight by a driver who fled the scene in Glen Burnie. Catonsville resident John Lang, 32, smirked at the camera after being arrested over the weekend following a probe into multiple assaults and threats that were made on the interstate. Hyattsville resident John Quame De Love, 64, has been identified by investigators as the person killed in a crash involving Liluram Paudel, 34, who was reportedly driving east in the westbound lanes of the interstate.
