Disaster was largely averted on Monday morning when there was a reported explosion and fire inside a Cecil County home. First responders were called at around 9 a.m. on Oct. 21 to a home on Budds Landing Road in Warwick, where they were met with smoke emanating from the roof of the home. Explosions were reported and a fire had to be put out inside a Maryland church early on Friday morning in Baltimore, officials say.
