The iconic Christmas TV classic "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" will return to its originating network for the first time in a half-century after its debut 60 years ago. On Dec. 6, 1964, the Rankin-Bass Animated Entertainment hour-long claymation special debuted on NBC. But after a 10-year run, CBS acquired rights. Grammy-nominated DMV native Collins Obinna Chibueze - better known as Shaboozey - had a banner week. Fresh off of multiple Grammy nominations, the NFL confirmed that the Woodbridge native would be the featured artist at during the halftime show of the Detroit Lions-Chicago Bears game on Thanksgiving. The game begins at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 28, and can be viewed on CBS. Power Tool-Wielding Would-Be ATM Burglars Busted After High-Speed Pursuit In Maryland: Sheriff
Two men who went through great lengths to rob an ATM at a Calvert County CVS store before driving themselves into a corner are facing charges for burglary, according to the sheriff's office. Deputies were called to CVS in the 7900 block of Bayside Road in Chesapeake Beach to probe the forced entry of the store and to investigate the ATM inside, which had been damaged by power tools, officials said on Monday afternoon.
