A dozen people were evaluated for symptoms after a gas leak prompted a temporary evacuation at a Baltimore County school, officials said. First responders from the Baltimore County Fire Department were called around noon on Friday, Nov. 22, to the Western School of Technology on Kenwood Avenue in Catonsville, where a gas leak was reported outside the building. A man was injured after being robbed and dragged by a vehicle outside a Motel 6 in Anne Arundel County late Wednesday night, police said. Officers responded to the Motel 6 on Raynor Avenue in Linthicum at around 11:20 p.m. on Nov. 20 for a reported citizen robbery. Police in Baltimore County are working to determine the ID of a man pulled from the water at Gwynn Oak Park on Thursday morning. Officers were called to the park after receiving a report of a swift water rescue on Sept. 26, where paramedics were able to determine that the person was dead based on the condition of his body. Two minors suffered injuries after being struck by a hit-and-run driver while walking along the road in Anne Arundel County on Tuesday morning, police say. A 16-year-old had to be airlifted to an area hospital after being shot during a gathering at a Maryland apartment complex overnight, officials say.
