Officers In Maryland Indicted For Misconduct Following Fatal 2023 Crash; Chief Responds Two Anne Arundel County police officers have been indicted for misconduct in office following an investigation into their actions during a fatal crash in Pasadena last year, officials announced. Cpl. K. Schnell and Cpl. E.
