The Maryland man who admitted to a motel rape earlier this year in Harford County, was handed a heavy prison term that exceeds the state's sentencing guidelines, prosecutors announced. A 75-year-old woman and her granddaughter have been identified as the two found dead inside a Baltimore County home on Sunday morning, leaving their friends and family shell-shocked. Iona Sellers and Autumn Harvey, 29, were found by police shortly before 10 a.m. on July 7 in the unit block of Taos Circle in Middle River during a welfare check. The man who shot a Montgomery County Police officer more than two decades ago and left him paralyzed has been denied parole, according to officials. Terrence Green, who shot Officer Kyle Olinger during a traffic stop in Silver Spring in August 2003, will stay behind bars, authorities announced on Tuesday afternoon. Calvin Moore, a repeat violent offender, was arrested late last month and was charged following a lengthy investigation into the stabbing of a 36-year-old man in April.
