Homeless Man In Custody For Killing Victim Outside MD Store, Police Say Police say that a 47-year-old homeless man has been apprehended for a murder in Prince George’s County earlier this week. Andrew Dougal, who has no fixed addrsss, has been charged with the murder of 31-year-old Langley Sloan on Wednesday, May 24 in Landover Hills, according to the Prince George’s County Police Department.
