Businesses Damaged By Two-Alarm Blaze Sparked In Commercial Building: Maryland Fire Marshal Several businesses were impacted by a rapidly-moving two-alarm blaze in Cecil County inside a multi-purpose commercial building that caused approximately $1 million in damage, according to the Maryland Fire Marshal.
