The 27-year-old man who took state police on a wild pursuit in a stolen Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration vehicle through Prince George's and Montgomery counties is heading to prison. Laurel resident Flavio Cesar Lanuza made a deal with prosecutors after doing his best Grand Theft Auto impression earlier this year when he intentionally rammed multiple state police vehicles, and drove through power lines.
