Taxi Driver Rapes Girl In Montgomery County: Police A driver who took his advantage of his underage victim during a ride earlier this year in Maryland has been apprehended and faces a rape charge, according to the Montgomery County Department of Police. Silver Spring resident Orlin Martinez Orellana, 24, was arrested over the weekend in the 11500 block of Georgia Avenue by detectives from the department’s Special Victims Investigations Division, who charged him with second-degree rape and sex abuse of a minor following a months-long investigation.
