A Virginia man looking for some illicit love was instead met by law enforcement after he targeted what he believed to be a teen girl in Maryland, authorities announced. Sheriff’s deputies in Frederick County have apprehended a Leesburg man who was busted attempting to solicit sex from an undercover agent posing as a teenager online. Oleg Tatchin, 48, has been charged by members of the Frederick County’s Sheriff’s Office with 10 counts of sexual solicitation of a minor after he allegedly attempted to exploit a 14-year-old girl through the Internet.
