Husband Killed, Wife Hospitalized In Pedestrian Strike At Busy Montgomery County Intersection
A 78-year-old man was killed and his wife was hospitalized in serious condition after being struck by a driver in Montgomery County as they attempted to cross a busy intersection. Gaithersburg resident Phillip Kwang Bon Uh, 78, and a woman only identified as his wife, were struck by a Hyundai Santa Fe shortly after 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 21 in the area of Muddy Branch Road and King James Way, according to the Montgomery County Police Department.
