More than four years after a Morgan State College basketball player and Maryland high school standout was gunned down getting into her car, police in Baltimore County say that they have identified a suspect who has been taken into custody. On Sept. 6, 2018, 25-year-old Tracey Carrington was getting into a vehicle in the unit block of West Overlea Avenue when she was shot multiple times by an assailant later identified as Kenneth Davis. A joyous occasion turned into a disastrous one for a Maryland mother who learned that her teen son had been shot while attending a gender reveal party for her second grandchild, those supporting her said.
