Devin Byron Dorsey, 43, has been arrested and charged for the armed robbery at Dawson's Market in the 200 block of North Washington Street in Rockville on Monday, Oct. 2. Early Morning Maryland Murder Under Investigation After Man Shot In Head, Police Say A man is dead after being shot multiple times in the head and chest in Baltimore, authorities say. Officers were conducting a follow-up investigation to an incident when they heard gunfire coming from the 2300 block of Ruskin Avenue just before 9 a.m., Wednesday, Aug. 31, according to Baltimore police. Officers were able to locate a 39-year-old man suffering from gunshot wounds to the head and upper body. The victim was rushed to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
