State Police ID Driver Wanted After Two Killed In Early Morning Maryland Incident (Updated) Nearly a week after a fatal shooting that claimed the life of two and left two others with serious injuries in Cecil County, Maryland State Police have released new details as their search for a suspect continues. Delaware natives Tamir Rasheek Davis and Darius Anthony Blalock, both 26, have been identified by police as the two who were killed in a shooting over the weekend.
