Maryland Teen Arrested Months After Fatal Shooting Of 46-Year-Old Man: Police A 16-year-old boy has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder in connection with the fatal shooting of a Baltimore man earlier this year, authorities announced. Investigators say the suspect shot 46-year-old Ronald Carroll on Aug. 18 in the 1900 block of East North Avenue. Carroll succumbed to his injuries days later on Aug. 22 while hospitalized. After a months-long investigation, Eastern District Action Team officers apprehended the teen suspect on Nov. 18 around 11:50 a.m. in the 1800 block of North Collington Avenue.
