Man Charged With Murder After Second Stabbing Victim Dies In Maryland: Police
A man is facing multiple charges - including murder - after being connected to multiple stabbings in Montgomery County, police said.
Scorpio Alexander Standfield, 31, was arrested by members of the Montgomery County Department of Police – Major Crimes Division for two alleged stabbings, including one that was fatal, on Saturday, Sept. 3 on Hungerford Drive in Rockville, according to authorities.
At approximately 9:55 p.m., Rockville City Police, Montgomery County Police, and Montgomery County Fire Rescue personnel responded to the 700 block of Hungerford for a reported stabbing.

DC Police Nab Stabbing Suspect In Metro Center Incident
D.C. metro police have arrested the suspect in a recent stabbing incident, officials said.On August 23, Antownne Turner, 51, stabbed two victims at around 3:50 p.m. on the Red Line platform, according to the Metro Transit Police Department.
The male victim, who Turner stabbed in the stomach during an argument, is in serious but stable condition, officials said.
The female victim was taken to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries and was later released, authorities reported.
Turner was placed into police custody, officials said.

A mass stabbing at a home in York has left a 34-year-old woman and a 5-year-old child dead on Monday, August 22, authorities say.

D.C. Police Offer $25K For Information On Fatal Stabbing Incident
Police are offering a $25,000 reward for information on a recent homicide suspect in D.C., officials said.On August 14 at around 9:45 p.m., officers responded to the 3900 block of 4th Street, where they found a female victim suffering from stab wounds, according to the Metropolitan Police Department.
The victim, who was pronounced dead at the scene, was identified as Cynthia Parker, officials reported.
