Maryland Woman Identified By Police As Victim In Fatal Head-On Howard County Crash Howard County police have identified the victim of a deadly head-on collision in Clarksville as 34-year-old Coralia Roxana Yamileth Anaya Rivas of Jessup. The crash occurred on Tuesday, Nov. 21, at approximately 2:53 p.m. on the 13100 block of Triadelphia Mill Road.  Investigators say a 2016 Toyota Corolla traveling east crossed into oncoming traffic for unknown reasons and collided head-on with a 2017 Toyota 4Runner. Anaya Rivas, the driver and sole occupant of the Corolla, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the 4Runner, also an adult female, sustained serious injuries …

Glen Burnie resident Trevor Garrett Taylor was sentenced on Friday to three years in jail for manslaughter following the grisly attack of Christopher Wright outside his Brooklyn Park home that resulted in his death. According to the Anne Arundel County State's Attorney's Office, in May 2023, police were called to the 300 block of West Arundel Road in Brooklyn Park, where they found Wright suffering from a head injury.…

Police ID Family Involved In Overnight Murder-Suicide In Maryland New details have been released by the Howard County Police Department after the patriarch of a family died at the hospital following a murder-suicide in Elkridge on Thursday night. Nayyar Abbas Syed, 61, the believed shooter, was pronounced dead at St. Agnes hospital overnight, according to officials, who also identified his other victims.
