Lawrence Man Busted Going 128 MPH On New Hampshire Interstate: Police A Lawrence man was in a frightful hurry Friday morning, March 8, when he was clocked going more than 100 miles per hour on I-93 in New Hampshire.  Reginald Carter, 48, was arrested and charged with reckless driving just after 8 a.m. in Salem, New Hampshire, New Hampshire State Police said.  Troopers were conducting a traffic enforcement operation from an aircraft when they spotted Carter driving 128 mph on the interstate.
