I-91 Exits 4 and 5 Closed Morning Of Wed., Aug. 5

Traffic on I-91 in the Springfield area is a mess due to flooding caused by a nearby broken water main.

Exits 4 and 5 are closed to traffic, according to State Police.

The water main broke on East Columbus Avenue sometime before 6 a.m.

The break has also flooded some city streets.
