Gregory Chrichlow, 21, of Springfield, has been arrested and faces two murder charges in connection with the August killing of Jennifer Hicks, 20, of Springfield, and Gregory Scott, 24, according to the Associated Press.

Motivated by a gang feud, Chrichlow allegedly shot Hicks and Scott following a 34-mile race down I-91 from Springfield, Massachusetts, to Manchester, Connecticut.

The shooting happened on Aug. 2. State Police responded to the area of the Buckland Street commuter parking lot in Manchester around 2 a.m. and found two people suffering from gunshot wounds. Police estimated that there had been 100-200 people at the parking lot party.
