Bullet In Bathroom Prompts Lockdown At Greater Boston Area School (Update)

A middle school just south of Boston was placed on lockdown after a teacher found a bullet a bathroom sink, Milton Police said on Facebook.

Authorities responded to Pierce Middle School in Milton after the lockdown went into place just after 10 a.m. on Friday, June 10, the school said on Facebook.

A search of the school lead police to believe there is no active threat to the community. The lockdown ended around 11:40 a.m., the school said.
