The crash took place in Litchfield County around 6:20 p.m., on Wednesday, Feb. 1 in the area of Hancock Court in Plymouth.
Plymouth Police responded to the area after receiving a report of a medical emergency, the police department said.
Upon arrival, a man in his 60’s was found to be involved in an ATV accident. The man was pronounced dead on the scene.
An initial investigation revealed the man was legally riding his ATV on his property and appeared to be involved in a tragic accident, police said.
The incident is still under investigation.
The name of the victim has not been released.
